Position Summary (What is the main purpose of this job? Why does it exist? same as Primary Purpose of job in career roadmap (e.g., to create marketing strategies; to develop, support and grow compliance awareness, etc.) Please summarize in two to three sentences.)?Provide hotline support for both customer and our technician?Build up the process for hotline system?Provide installation, maintenance, service, and commissioning for the dispensing product in China?Make the quality service to support the business development?Provide the daily technical support and service activities to ensure the end user satisfactory?Provide technical trainings to the customers?Provide technical hotline for distributor and customer?Can organize the work independent in a Home-Office?Act as hotline support as the business developResponsibility (What are the key responsibilities of this job?
