Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1.協(xié)助日常銷(xiāo)售工作的開(kāi)展，如處理客戶查詢、報(bào)價(jià)、樣品申請(qǐng)和寄送、跟進(jìn)交貨安排、文件準(zhǔn)備等Assist daily sales work, such as customer’s inquiry, quotation, sample apply, delivery arrangement, documents preparation etc…2.準(zhǔn)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確出具各種報(bào)表和報(bào)告，傳遞與收集各種銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù),提供分析意見(jiàn)和建議Be responsible for weekly and monthly report in time; Collect and analyze sales data, provide suggestions and improve plan. 3.跟進(jìn)各項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展,與實(shí)地銷(xiāo)售保持有效溝通，提供各種業(yè)務(wù)支持和后勤服務(wù);協(xié)助與客戶溝通、處理業(yè)務(wù)查詢和投訴Follow up all sales projects progress; Communicate with field sales and provide strong support to sales team; Deal with customers inquiry and complaint. 4.處理部門(mén)內(nèi)行政事務(wù),與公司各部門(mén)緊密聯(lián)系Manage sales department’s administrative affairs; Coordinate with other functions. 5.積極完成銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理委派的其他工作任務(wù),Be responsible for other sales related work assigned by sales manager. 6.良好的溝通技能，工作努力、細(xì)心Good communication skill ,hard working and detailed work 7.具備統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力Some analytical skills Skills, Knowledge & Experience – Professional, Technical 1.大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷, 管理類(lèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)類(lèi)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè) University/college degree in business or relevant disciplines. 2.至少2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 2-year relevant experience or above in a sales assistant position. 3.熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力，良好的邏輯分析和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力 Good command of MS office applications; Be good at logic thinking and data sensitivity4.英語(yǔ)水平良好 Good command of oral and written English.
