? Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for Elekta products in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and potential business opportunities and to achieve defined sales and commercial targets.
負(fù)責(zé)在指定責(zé)任地區(qū)計(jì)劃和開展醫(yī)科達(dá)全線產(chǎn)品的銷售規(guī)劃和銷售活動，發(fā)掘潛在客戶和潛在機(jī)會以增加銷售額并達(dá)成既定銷售業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)。

* Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned region.
規(guī)劃責(zé)任區(qū)域所有客戶的現(xiàn)有和潛在業(yè)務(wù)量。
* Provides information for forecasts and planning.
向公司提供相關(guān)信息以便公司作出業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)測和相應(yīng)計(jì)劃。
* Conduct customer visits, investigations, market research activities or sales & marketing controlling operations. Timely spots opportunities for product and service portfolio solutions in various sales channels
開展客戶拜訪、市場調(diào)查、以及銷售和市場監(jiān)控活動。及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不同銷售渠道的產(chǎn)品及維修服務(wù)潛在機(jī)會。
* Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
分析特定市場狀況，搭建良好市場人際網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
* Prepares/updates customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
準(zhǔn)備/更新客戶聯(lián)系方式，建立和維護(hù)良好的以客戶關(guān)系。
* Identifying and analyzing customer needs and discussing technical specifications, in cooperation with personnel responsible or together with technical product manager. Prepares negotiations and contracts.
發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析客戶需求，參與討論技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)，協(xié)同相關(guān)人員和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)經(jīng)理準(zhǔn)備談判計(jì)劃和合同。
* Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.

任職要求：

Education 教育程度：
? Bachelor degree or above
大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)
Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
? More than 5 years working experience at medical equipment sales functions in multi-national companies
5年以上跨國公司醫(yī)療器械銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Professional Knowledge 專業(yè)技能：
? Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills
熟練掌握Microsoft office辦公軟件及其他相關(guān)軟件
? Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking
良好的英文/中文說寫能力
? Good medical equipment market and product know-how
良好醫(yī)療器械市場和產(chǎn)品知識
