職位描述：崗位職責：1. Efficient and effective installation and maintenance in the field, Following up and solving technical incidents on the instruments, uninstalling and decontaminating instruments, monitoring expenses and local spare parts usage. 及時有效的安裝，保養(yǎng)所在區(qū)域的儀器，跟蹤和解決儀器的技術(shù)問題。儀器的拆卸與消毒，控制維修成本和管理當?shù)亓闩浼臁?. Solving the problem by Telephone if possible, and feeding solutions back to the Hotline. Fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality for the customer, including during weekend and public holiday shifts. 通過電話解決客戶問題并將解決辦法反饋給熱線中心。在任何時間內(nèi)以最經(jīng)濟和最優(yōu)的品質(zhì)解決客戶的問題。3. Educating and Train customer: 教育和培訓客戶4. Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP，Centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量體系,環(huán)境健康安全的要求進行日常工作安全和標準流程操作和記錄，對技術(shù)文件的存檔管理。5. Keeping abreast with technological developments 不斷尋求技術(shù)上的同步與發(fā)展6. Good cooperation with distributors 與代理商良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)7. Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.向客戶提供新儀器和新項目的介紹，推廣試劑項目。8. Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices also 有效的團隊工作，分享經(jīng)驗。Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 其它上級或公司指派的項目或任務。任職要求：Academic Background1. A degree (college) in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. Experience in medical device industry, with diagnostics experience a plus.2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal3. Highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operatesProfessional Experience:1. Good experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.2. Medical engineering, mechanics, diagnostics or relevant functions.3. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.4.Good language skills incl. Chinese and English (high reading comprehension capability). Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.工作地址浙江溫州
